RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. If you take a restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with asanas (postures) being held for longer periods of time to work the deeper tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and our bones.

Props such as bolsters and blocks are used to support the body to allow you to release into the postures.

Hatha yoga is designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the body - especially the spine - so that energy can flow freely.
